Carpe Diem

Carpe Diem. Every Diem.

That’s how I take movies into account.

Latin phrase explained for you this time.

Even though I don’t know much Latin.

I digress.

The problem with Carpe Diem is a) I don’t know what movies to watch and b) I don’t know what new movies I should watch for reviewing’s sake (as in, they can be as bad as Hades).

Especially this time of year, I feel like I’m on a deadline to catch up with what I haven’t seen in theaters. I almost blew a gasket the other day when I discovered I couldn’t rent more than three movies at redbox at a time. Who’s running those kiosks? They’re geniuses but only to a point. It’s literally like saying you can’t get more than three Vitamin Waters out of a vending machine. Except Vitamin Water is more expensive.

I digress. Again.

What is worth my reviewing? Let me know on Twitter or in the comments section.

Here’s a list of possibilities to jog your memory.

Before Midnight … 12 Years a Slave … Pacific Rim … Blue Jasmine … Stoker … Much Ado about Nothing … Pain and Gain … Oblivion … The Butler … Jobs … Iron Man 3
