Best of 2013

Happy New Year!!

(Unless there’s a scheduling error, but WordPress has been good to me lately, so there probably hasn’t.)

(Anyway…)

2013 has been a great year for me and all of you.

I wrote some damn good posts and got an impressive increase in my blog’s popularity;

you read some damn good posts and followed this impressive blog.

I’m kidding.

(Half-kidding.)

Anyway, we all probably saw some great movies too.

I know I did.

Some of the ones I saw really sucked, though.

And some just barely missed my top ten for the year.

Yes, once again, this year has a top ten in movies.

And a bottom ten.

And a bunch of honorable mentions.

      • Amongst others: disagree with Now You See and Before Midnight. Sort of disagree with Stoker (I don’t hate it, but I also far from love it).

        Totally agree with 12 Years a Slave, The Wolf of Wall Street, Dallas Buyer’s Club and The Conjuring (as honorable mentions).

        Really, though, the point of such lists isn’t necessarily to garner agreement, right? It’s to make for interesting reading. And yours certainly does that.
